I've just played Spear, honsetly I didnt notice Resupply acting up in that run (played boar)
What I've been witnessing lately was resupply not even applying to mag on Sobek if I had like 70ms or higher and some lag issues (Umbriel as example)

i just found out on why it happens, the problem on initial post wasnt actually a problem just resupply procing correctly
and the ammo from floor gets multiplied damage based on your weapon mag
so acid shells also was multiplied (?) i think
