theres not mutch to learn just get the builds and read the guide, that should be enought. Dont be egoed to start as DPS, go wisp then other supports
you can also keep an eye out for runs labelled as "teaching runs"
users hosting those are expected to answer any and all questions you might have before/during/after the run, although dont expect great correspondence if they are dpsing.
alternatively, you can host your own runs in LFG stating that youre new and would like someone to mentor or provide instruction during the run 
thats what im doing atm just letting people know im new and just chilling on wisp
