1. yes, I advice you to farm cold Ogris, I can tell you that there is a high probability for CN Strategy to become popular in the future.
2. The answer for the second one is simple.
   Just dont panic, keep cool (but dont freeze), and continue playing without telling your squad mates or things may get worse.

An Cold Ogris combined with an Toxin Riven is necessary since it deals very big damage against grineer because Cold + Tox = Viral (nightmare for the grineer)

Answer: Saryn (toxic catalyst) uses Cold Ogris with a Riven mod that has the Toxin Element in it for Viral Damage (Cold + Toxin = Viral)
Why Viral Damage is best against grineer?
it has a massive damage multipliers against flesh and has the strongest status effect in the game

grineer are more vulnerable to Viral damage.
Enemy fraction for Casta is Grineer.
So having Viral is necessary.

You only get flamed by @blissful marlin if you don't have a cold Ogris. But generally speaking, because ur missing out on extra damage on each shot due to have 2 saryns instead of 1, meaning ur not getting the extra damage buffs of a volt (especially since both saryns will be running energized munitions). Also missing out on those viral procs that can multiply damage (see zlextro's msg). That said, if both saryns are on point, ur damage won't matter too much until wave 90-100 anyway
