Early on, I had found the locked chest on the surface. I didn't know the code, so I went into build mode and moved it closer to my habitat. Later on, I found the code, opened it and got the contents. But the actual quest in the log hasn't completed. In an attempt to remove the quest, I later broke the chest itself down to remove it entirely. No change, quest still present.
This is a minor annoyance, but I figure it's worth mentioning that moving this locked chest in the Claim can prevent it from registering as completed.
