I have seen I can send a save for try to debug it. But I didn't see the Thread.
And even If I return The dialogue as pass and can no longer restarted..

The issue is.. The quest hasn't started. So I can't even have the blueprint of biology lab. I Have the greenhouse unlocked and planter bed. But Literally no quest have been popped.

Ok I get you now! It's unlocked in Theta when you find it, but it might be that you experienced the bug with the dialogues there, so it didn't trigger

the main door into theta area has those big fungus clusters blocking it, and its fenced in. but there are a couple of spots you can jump into it
