These items are relatively balanced in the difficulty to obtain. The stats are balanced, relatively, for the appropriate classes that can wear them. It would be nice if Creationist's Legwrap had Flight of Foot too. You could swap them with an item on Sableheart's loot table if you wanted to make it a dragon v. dragon thing.
