My grind spot in the desert is less useful since hitting level 25, because I can not set my Pull Target (above) range below 0. Because of this, it's trying to pull the rare that needs a quest ring to damage even with trying to swap spots and reducing max distance to pull.

I think they want to set a pull level range that is entirely below the group level. so, a way to say "I'm lvl 25, but I only want to pull targets lvl 20-23"
