Upgraded charm of compassion.
Fuel source is a ‘blessed’ Charm of Compassion. Blue is considered a coal, while epic is considered ancient coal. (If you want to have a blue CoRC, you’ll need to have upgraded to epic your previous CoC)

This mold would drop from raids or a high level boss. It’s likely to be the BIS charm for a healer, and it should feel like an accomplishment to say you got one, and crafted it.

What it does
3 resonance

100% on resonating heal to split what would have been healed with the resonance to all party members based on their health remaining %.

If a group heal was cast that resonated, all party members healed for 100% additional healing (nvm this is just normal resonating effect LOL)

EDIT: group healing resonance effect should be the combined total healing granted to the party concentrated on the lowest health player/sim

Jetheo 70%
Player 35%
Healer 90%

6000 healing resonated
Sparkles gets 10% 600
Jethro gets 30% 1800
Player gets 50% 3000
Healer gets 10% 600

10% is minimum
50% is max

I mean it’s supposed to be the healers best charm, may be a raid item - could be from azynthi who knows, but it’ll be expensive and very tough to get

this kind of thing would be perfect for raid boss drop, then make some other components dropped in other raids off bosses be the rest of the fodder.

i mean we need to think long term if theres a charm where 8% of the time 100% dmg is dodged and double healing

#

better to scale up down the road rather then nerf scale down or do something to make it even worse to deal with the op meta

also ideally no one other then tank should be taking dmg if so root or mez adds or offtank and if its a dot or dmg aoe etc you might need better resists/gear to deal with damage

part of the reason why my sim is arcanist so i can pickup any mez with item and or offtank as need

also I pull with a sleep from item as a duelist if more then one mob being pulled

I fully expect raids to have AoE damage like astra, and you'll really want more than just a few healers casting group heals (imo, I dunno what Brians plans are for raids, but I can't imagine it will legit just be tank and spank for every fight)
