if youre trying to do temple of chaos you should def take madeleine
luna is for end game pve speed teams and she is never strictly needed. shes a safe skip

misty is primarily rta but does have some siege offense usage
amduat is primarily arena defense
i would suggest you skip gin gemini luna personally, but i think skipping misty or amduat is valid too depending on what content you care about
