I also have a side question about reappraising. If i use it on a rune that, let's say hit flat defense 4 times, would it keep rolling with +4 on a random suffix or is it completely random everytime

Reappraisal Stones
Only reapp 6 star, legend original quality runes. Slot 2/4/6 should be prioritized over 1/3/5.
Hard priority on desirable base (ATK%, HP%, SPD, CDMG, for example) slot 2/4/6 Violent runes with innate stats. Do not reapp runes with innate SPD, ATK%, HP%, or DEF%.
Other runes are worth reapping as well. Will, Swift, Destroy, Despair, Rage and Blade are all worth considering if you know what you are looking for.
Your goal when reapping should not be to get the perfect rune. Instead, aim for a rune that is good and usable. If you are unsure if you should continue to reapp, feel free to ask for opinions in #1047269577614164098.

The same ideas described above apply, however, violent ancient runes do not exist, so you will want to look at some of the other rune types described above to consider reapping.
Since desirable legend quality runes with innates are much rarer, you may wish to consider reapping more legend quality runes without an innate than you would for normal runes.
