im new and didnt play on this accout my self but i have no clue what to do for my team. i have a wind oracal that i here is good. i also have a sig. i have most of the basic mons, loren, fran, 2a kro, 2a bella, etc. please help

General jist is to make sure they dont move by stunning/freezing them and decreasing their attack bar
