I've gotten inspired by donkeypouncher to ask for help in siege, the guild I'm in isn't high we hit g1 then get knocked down every week
But I thought I'd read the guide a few times, start making some teams then send here what I have and what I've learned from the guide

Ok so I see don't stack elements, never just 1 simple dmg dealer, and stats are more important than you think
Acc on dmg dealers is good aswell
20-40 so not super hard to get
Spd tuning is also important
You don't want a huge gap in spd between your support and your dmg dealers
Cus then you tried to outspd and now like lulu cuts
Or they bomb your attacker

Lushen got them low and Julie finished it off besides Riley
After a bit she couldn't heal more than i could hit

Julie surprisingly oneshot everything after Shimi
I honestly panicked and forgot I could just ban camilla, I didn't have enough to kill nessa and she revived and finished me off

Double snipe is one of the most important cleave offenses for siege, effective at all levels of play. The most basic example of this comp is Praline Covenant Kahli, but there are many other options you can use as shown below. The team consists of a buffer that outspeeds the enemy, buffs attack, and boosts 2 ignore def nukers on your team which will 1 shot two different enemy monsters, instantly turning the battle into a 3v1 before the enemy even gets to move.
Buffer:
Praline is the most common buffer used since he has a speed lead to help ensure you get turn 1. Other buffers can be useful in situations where you want to more safely tank the remaining enemy monster, such as Hongyeon vs Cami. Your buffer is runed simply on a super fast swift set. Generally in siege, most players will rune swap around their fastest swift set. You can practically ignore all other stats, although it can be nice to get some tankiness (don't lose speed over it though).
Snipers:
There are many different options here each with their own advantages. Snipers are usually built on Swift, Fatal, or Rage. They need to be speed tuned properly (see #1048719420870107227 message) and have max crit rate (100 for most monsters, or 70 with Praline). After that, the rest goes into Atk/CD.
Leader skill:
As mentioned earlier, Praline is most commonly used since he has a spd buff which helps ensure you get turn 1. However against tankier defs where you don't expect to need to race for turn 1, you can opt for an attack lead instead (Claire, Covenant, Federica), or crit lead (Odin).
Speed scaling variant:
A popular variant of this team uses a buffer that buffs both attack and speed, along with nukers that also scale on speed, such as Mihyang Adriana Sonia. This variant is faster and is better for speed contesting, but can be a bit trickier to rune (see#1297919471205355550).
