yes. at least the relevant skills (like s3 for fedora/raviti to cleanse as an example). for many units there isn't just one relevant skill. which is why the guide suggests lots of f2p units with obtainable skillups, and why we don't suggest using nat5s unless they are already skilled

Weekly Rainbowmon - bought first every week
Ifrit Pieces (at least till fire and water), can continue buying for more fire ifrits and for ifrit skill ups
Almighty Pieces - saving guild points for good HOH's or for certain guild magic shop 4* monsters

max of 25/50 total pieces can be almighty pieces
if using almighty pieces for an HOH, must be used after each floor

LD Pieces - can be bought weekly after having a reserve of Almighty Pieces and weekly raindowmon bought
Elemental Scrolls - comes after having bought your weekly rainbowmon/LD pieces, Ifrit pieces (if still buying them) and having a reserve of Almighty Pieces
