i wanna use icaru for rune dungeons and i know he needs a certain def lvl but the math is very lost on me still. could some1 dumb it down and tell me what the runes need to be in the sidebar for it to be enough? my icaru is 736 + 2109

But the guild skills and summoner skills only work on the base defense of the monster.

The 5% buff doesn’t apply everywhere, but in most places where you will prob use him, such as pcah and nbah, the buff is there
it just makes the def req easier to hit for all the content he’s good at

you don’t need to hit 3301 purely based off icaru stat and runes

cuz there’s other stuff to help you reach that req

icaru's base def: 736

from:
2/4/6 main stats runes; 189% or 1391 flat
def artifacts; 200 flat
guild and tower: 25% or 184 flat
max rune 3 main stat: 160 def flat

3301-(200+184+160+736+1391)= 630 flat def or 86% def (630/736)
this def will be distributed between 3 and 5 slot runes (purple+ runes)
every 15 def=2%

so 35-40% def on 3 and 5 plus some flat def that u can gem and grind on 2/4/5/6 slots.

Help me out here too - my Icaru is currently 736+2133. +200 from Artifacts +184 from Guild and tower 25%. Giving me a total of 3253? this is roughly 48 short

yeah i split mine - mine is 736 + 2333 showing on Icaru. assuming im 48 short - can you confirm?

736 +25% = 920 - THEN 920 +2333 = 3253. Therefore 3301 - 3253 = 48

  • is ur def tower maxed
  • do u have +2381 def on icaru
