Have a look at Fran's stat requirements in the ?riftstats command again.

You're short about 200 Defense. The requirement states you need 1.5k. It's probably close with skills.

You should also have Fran fully skilled by now. You can skill her up with fairies. No reason she shouldn't be fully skilled at this point.

1.5k total, but yes get fran fully skilled up, make sure mav is also skilled up to decrease heal cd's more often.
