Is flat stats grindstones and gemstones worth keeping or should i sell Them. For example gemstones such as HP+,Def+,Prob not ATK+ since I was thinking if I should keep it in the future where I want to make a unit that have max stats in ATK where the runes will be like ATK%,CR,CD,ATK for max damage.

keep everything

use everything immediately on any runes that are currently in use

if you start accumulating a lot of any specific gem/grind because available in use runes are already gemmed/grinded

then you can start selling extras

apply this to everything. there is no difference between a flat grindstone and a % grindstone
