Everytime i try to start the game up (on mobile) whenever i’m not on my home wifi it makes me redownload that 2300 mb download you usually have to do at the start of the game. i’ve tried just thugging it out and doing the download but it gets stuck at 68.1%
anyone else having this and how did you fix it?

you need more storage space available on your phone
otherwise the game downloads to temp files each time you start up and then deletes
