ideally, your kyle needs to be able to bring the boss to 30% hp since liam will always use s3 when the boss is at 30% hp or lower.
if your kyle is missing a little bit of damage and misses that 30% hp requirement by a little bit, its not fatal because your team can still move next turn to damage the boss slightly more (results in slower runs) to bring it below 30% to trigger liam's s3 ai
but from the looks of it you are missing the damage requirement by quite a lot. your liam should be triple fight and shaina (for this variation) be on triple fight

not for this variation, but it helps to bring the boss to 30% hp
using these stats i was able to get the boss to ~35% hp consistently even with kyle ai derps

ill try putting shaina on tripple fight,
but putting kyle or liam on tripple fight while getting good attack stats gon be annoying
