The drop rate of 3* monsters from floors 1-6 for all scenarios are as follows:
Normal: 0.5%
Hard: 1%
Hell: 2%
On the boss floor (floor 7) the 3* drop rate is increased by 50%, so on Hell it becomes 3%.
The drop rate is split among all possible 3* drops for that scenario. So in Garen Forest where there is only 1 3* drop (water inugami), the drop rate of water inugami on Hell floor 1 is 2%. In Faimon Volcano where there are 2 possible 3* drops (fire inugami, fire salamander), the drop rate of fire inugami on Hell floor 1 is 1%.
The monster does not need to appear in the actual stage in order to drop. All floors of a scenario can drop all monsters in that scenario regardless.
When farming for a specific monster from scenarios, we recommend farming for exp at the same time (solo with a strong monster + 3 fodder). You will always need more exp and more 6*'s, so this should be prioritized. What this means is that if you need inugamis, you should never farm Garen Forest even though it has a higher drop rate of them than Faimon. Faimon gives you much more exp. This also means that we don't recommend farming the boss floor either. Even though the boss floor gives you a higher drop rate as well, it costs more energy and it's less exp efficient.
TL;DR - Farm Faimon Hell 1 if you want inugamis.

i did about 50-60 runs of Faimon volcano - path [Hell} and not even 1 inugami...
only hellhounds...
is this bad rng or something else ?
because i did about the same amount of runs at Telain forest Hell and got about 5 inugami's
