So I just got my first feng yen after 7 years today and I simply don’t know how to use him and if he’s runed well enough for things like siege and guild battles. I would love some advice on what 3 mon teams are good with him!

Your artifact substats should be addl dmg hp/def/spd mostly i'd say
Also aim for +20k hp and +2k def, go either 100 res or don't go for res at all, since that is how acc/res works
