Is there something like a tier list? I used to use a website to check my monsters back in the day. It would say smth like "must have "Editors pick" etc

And it also had a detailed description for every monster

tier lists dont take into account a lot of factors, like team comps and where a person is at in the way of rune quality and such

#

you also get a lot of wasteful resource building units that then done have much use outside elsewhere

Could you give me a general direction of what could be possible with my monster right now when it comes to PVE and TOA?

Was thinking about DOT dmg with Verad, Sigmarus, Kro/Raoq, maybe Beth or fire/water reaper?
Veromos and win ifrit

Go no clue tho, could use Bella, Fran or Vero i guess
