What are the different use cases for Fran v. Riley? Didn't see a thread on this in resources or here so wanted to ask - thanks

Not particularly specific, but right now, mostly thinking for TOAH, Abyss Dungeons, Rifts, etc.
Right now, I can clear everything and am just working on speeding things up for Rifts and Dungeons

GBAH: can clear, not consistent (maybe 50-50)
Rifts: SSS everything except Wind which is inconsistent SSS clears
SF, PC: B10 clears, need to make Abyss teams
DBAN/H: need team for consistency

on an unrelated note -- any advice on how to get started on PvP content? I've basically gone through all of progression and can farm runes, maybe with the exception of maybe needing some more consistency on DBAN/H
