#CP vs Talia + all this

I know CP is top tier in PvP, but I don't know how valuable he is outside of RTA. I don't plan to ever really push for RTA...I'm a casual F2P player that will likely focus on Siege and Arena while autoing my RTA wings. I'm working on the Tiana/Galleon AO and don't have much to slot in for DDs with added effects, so I was thinking about going all in for CP.

Attached pictures show what I have of these next two rotations and why I'm asking whether pulling for CP is more valuable than the stuff in the Talia rotation.

Ok, wasn't sure if she was any less valuable since rift beasts aren't as important right now.

Considering I have everything else on the ?sstones list, would you suggest going all in on her for skillups as well? I've got Lushen, Kaki, Carcano fully skilled and I'm not so worried about Triana since I have a lot of her fusion mons
