4: can gem in spd or atk over res and use as bruiser rune

6: def-based dd rune for like taranys, can use maybe altho hp innate sucks
7: keep as tank rune
8: sell, cr without spd and bad innate = not reapp target
9: sell or reapp, honestly just read the rune guide if you're asking this, all rolls went into flat stats here so it's a white rune basically

most of the runes above are from before the time i read the runeguide for the first time so i did not sell them at the appropriate times before upgrading them all the way and was now in a little sunk cost fallacy
