What monsters should I build first or "prioritize"`?

I'm a returning player, haven't upgraded or changed runes on my monsters for almost 2 years give or take. Since a lot has changed, I'm wondering if there is any unit/team I should focus on before building other monsters

Some things that are good to know:
I had a ~97% on GB abyss hard before took around 3+ minutes to finish 1 run.
I have finished TOA Normal and Hard.

I'm aware that there is the "justdoit2" team, however I wanted to check if i had any monsters that i could build to make a better/faster team

I sped my justdoit2 team up once i got better runes by replacing shannon with spectra

once you can get sig tanky enough that you don't need darion then you can start having fun lol

you can always try swop to see where you are then

get vero and sig to 100% cr and as much CD as possible, and try to get them both over 100k ehp
