Rune management

Like title says I need help managing my runes. My account is 50-55 days old and have 800/1000 runes. I sell blue runes, inefficient runes and flat 2/4/6 runes. Should I not do that ? Should I sell more runes ? Currently keeping a lot of unupgraded runes because I don’t want to sell something that may become or is a good runes. Need some tips

First I'd go ahead and read probsz rune guide

2nd I'd never keep an unupgraded rune unless your gona roll after farming there's no point and makes putting builds together significantly more annoying

Also I try to always make sure in looking for upgrades to my runes even blue runes early in the game can be amazing its about understanding synergies and what goes where the advanced rune guide helps with that

And finally always roll something with speed even a flat 246 with 4 base speed can end up with 27 speed after grinds
