#Who to use skill ups from event on ?
59 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I do have plenty of 4* so I couldn't post them, I almost have all twins (not l&d)
4* kaki/khmun/carcano all good choices
2a - roaq
5* are you close to fusing bale? (fire lightning emperor)?
I don't have any of the 4* you mentionned
I do have all the main mons lvl 35 not awakened so I would say yes
would then fuse bale, that should be where yr skill ups go for 5*s
For bjr5 ?
What does raid bring ?
r5 brings grinds
Like rifts ?
rifts are gems
Ah
they split the 2 now, so one comes from raids and the other from rifts
as for 4*s', from the ones showing sabrina
I still need to get Talia irrc
can also hold off till right before the event ends in case
Yeah
I fused Baleygr, now how do I rune him and for what ?
u dont use him for now, he will be used later on for bj5 (when progression gets sorted out and other things)
So I'll just skill him up and bench him for now ?
yes
Can I farm PC or SR with him ?
no
Also, for the event crafting runes, is it fine to go for :
VIO SPEED
VIO CDMG
Or should I pick Will
I don't farm NB10 at all because of abyss stages atm
And Lumel5 is very cringe
did u already read the post in #1049886722831429672 ?
Didn't know it exists
would give that a read first then
Hey, I have no clue what runes to pick considering I can farm GBAH/DBAH consistently
I can also clear TOA/TOAH so I cannot define what my account needs
Nothing can make my runs faster/safer except other units

WHEN YOU ARE STARTING, IT IS NOT A RUSH TO GET OUT OF GIANTS.
Most players have the ideology that they should go to start other dungeons RIGHT AWAY. This is not a good idea for a few reasons:
- No time is wasted farming Giants. It is important to improve the runes on your account that specifically from Giants. End game players continue to farm Giants endlessly.
- Throughout PvE, a lot of your bottlenecks will be tied to damage dealer sets. Farming giants is the best way to remedy this.
?pvesets- Violent/seal/etc runes are all not especially useful in PvE. When runing monsters for PvE, you are looking for stats first and sets second, with very few exceptions. Giants is very simple to get up and running, and you can work towards getting to Giants abyss hard as you improve your runes.
ALL TIME spent in giants is valuable. When you first start doing siege, you will need decent swift runes. These will allow you to run cleaves, securing easy wins and more resources through crystal income. Fatal/blade runes are also very important to cleaving. Rage is NOT significantly better than fatal. The difference is so small you may as well consider them the same set.
Additionally, since reloaded just came out, we do not currently have an optimal progression route developed past this, since everything is still being discovered and developed. If you want to play optimallly, then you are best off farming giants, working towards GBAH and improving your runes. Let the dungeon scientists do the hard work here. Tricaru was not developed over night, and neither will optimal dungeon teams. We will get them sorted as soon as possible.
In summary- go farm giants more. Don't rush. The very first run of giants you do could get you a rune that you use for the rest of your time playing the game. Learn more about what runes are valuable and roll your blues. There are good examples of this in Beginner Playthrough 2022. This will make your progression much smoother.
Yes so what do I pick as runes ?
u havent read #1049886722831429672 ?
I did yes and "improve my account" means you define a goal to reach but without goal, how can you measure improvement ?
would be best
vio slot 6 hp%, the most in-demand rune
will slot 4 CD, can pivot from bale rune for bj5 to a lot of other dmg dealers
Alright makes sense thanks
Should I go for step 5 for right rune ?
Okay I still have 17k points so I should keep rolling
But at what threshold should I consider going for step 5 before +6 because the cost is not mentionned
The threshold at which we should go for gems/grinds is not mentionned either
I also believe that if low on rolls, it's better to get max rolls at +6 instead of aiming for two low rolls on speed, but this is not mentionned at all on the "guide"
