#Faimon Volcano HARD over HELL?

Just wondering if the increased amount of Unknown Scrolls is worth it over the Nat3 Salamanders and slightly higher rate of Inugamis.

EXP is lower, but since the Energy cost is also lower, I'm genuinely confused.

My goal is to Evolve the max amount of Monsters to 6-stars possible.

So as a player still in progression(working on a stable gban team) the question of what we should do so that we can get more unkown scrolls / food monsters was very confusing to me as well. I just starting using swarfarm data and thanks to your post, i had the opportunity to look into it even more.
As a result, after some simple calculations I made, if we clean the volcano at normal level, what we get for the 300 energy is 87 energy (which means we actually spent 213 energy for 100 runs, so we spend almost 2 energy for one run!), 200k mana, 89.7 unknown scrolls (which is approx. 110 x 1* monster). And if we want to we can use 200k mana to buy 50 unknown scrolls from Magic Shop(there is approximately 5 to 10 unknown scrolls each time we refresh and the price is around 40k for x10) which also adds 55 x 1* monters. So in total for 213 energy we get 165 x 1 monsters.* If we do hard one, there is a slight chance(%1.8) we can get inugami but its totaly not worth it since we use almost %50 more energy per run compared to normal run. And if we do hell, well its not even an option anymore also getting inugami chance is even lower! Of course, i ignore the amount of experience received, since it is not our priority (food monsters doesn't need exp anymore with the recent patch)

#

And I want to reiterate that the data is from swarfarm, i didn't test it yet.

#

In other words we need 773 energy(to get 600 x 1* monsters) to evolve a 5* monster to 6*

#

i would argue thats a energy waste tho, u could use the same energy to farm runes instead, where 3 and 4* rainbowmon could drop

#

Sure i dont know the math if its optimal for purely evolving stuff, but u will always need runes in ur life, u cant use ur new monsters without runes anyway, so it should just be better

honest nimbus
#

Which only requires x4 recharge energy, which cost 240 crystals. In comparison 5* element upgrade packs contain 3 x 5* lvl1 rainbow with some angelmons and 1 devilmon costs 1000 crystals

you dont need many 6* in the beginning to start giants tho, and after that you should just farm giants until you get the resources anyway iirc, coz u wont really be done with the giant runes anytime soon

honest nimbus
#

And farming normal faimon to get a 6* monster is requiers rlly short time i would say, so its cant even comparable farming giants since we will basically farm that forever

faint ether
faint ether
#

because u will farm giants forever so no time there is wasted

fresh sluice
#

well i dont think youd get to abyss that fast

#

or did they make a new guide

faint ether
#

its getting worked at

honest nimbus
faint ether
#

its probably possible to do GBAH really early

faint ether
#

and which u plan to use for gbah

#

also in that case

#

i would still farm gb10

fresh sluice
#

gban not worth farming i believe

faint ether
#

over faimon

#

ofc it is

#

why would it not be, its better then gb10 i think

fresh sluice
#

ye but make a whole new team just for normal?

#

if the gb10 team works for it sure

faint ether
#

the team u would use for normal would hopefully not contain any monsters u dont need for anything else anyway

fresh sluice
#

else just work on gbah?

honest nimbus
#

the team i use for gb10 is Lushen, Fran, Loren, Vero, Sig with average 1.50 time. the team to be able to farm gban(i think) is Galleon, veromos, sig, kro, laika

faint ether
#

its a rune quality issue

#

nothing else

faint ether
#

u should not use lushen in gb10

#

when u cant one shot waves

#

and i dont think u can

honest nimbus
#

what would u suggets instead of him? if u gonna say kro, i tried that of course, and its slower rn

faint ether
#

Galleon veromos sig and kro are all valid

#

i just dont like laika here

#

i feel like

#

it should be fine but u could use something else instead which is better for other stages of the game too

#

so u dont waste ressources on laika rn

Order the GB10 team is upgraded

  1. Sigmarus Veromos Fran Loren Shannon
  2. Sigmarus Veromos Fran Loren Kro(2A)

=New players see ?justdoit =
=Returning players See below stats=

Sigmarus - SPD/CD/[HP/ATT], 85% CR, 80k ehp, 140+ spd, [att/hp/def] artifacts depending on needs
Fran - SPD/HP/HP, 130k ehp, 180+ spd, 2 def artifacts
Loren - SPD/HP/HP, 130k ehp, 200+ spd, 2 def artifacts
Shannon - SPD/HP/[HP/DEF], 180+ spd, 60k ehp
Veromos - SPD/HP/HP, 180+ spd, 100k ehp
Kro(2A) - ATT/CD/ATT, 85% CR, 140 spd and moving after Sig, 80K ehp, [att/hp/def] artifacts depending on needs

  1. Set boss focus: ?bossfocus
  2. Acc makes runs more consistent, aim for 54% on all supports (loren, fran,Veromos ,shannon)
  3. Turn order loren > Fran/Veromos/shannon > sig > kro(2A)
  4. Vero and shannon can stay 5★ for now

STEPS TO IMPROVING GB10 (TEAM #2 AND BELOW) - spds are in combat spd

  1. Must reach near average time of current team before moving to the next one
  2. Vero can be moved to a bruiser build
  • SPD/CD/[HP/ATT], 80k ehp but tankier is safer, 85% CR, 180+ spd, [hp/def/att] artifacts depending on need
  • 6★ Vero and devilmon
  1. Improving Sig to his ?toa build along with reaching the same stats as above
  2. Getting kro to or close to 169 (with max spd totem, only needs 45 spd from runes to hit 169 combat spd)

#

its 2a'd. let me show them

faint ether
#

the second team here should be good honestly

#

and faster

honest nimbus
#

both of their sets are fatal, blade. and both of them atk / cd / atk

honest nimbus
#

i am working on kro. i do actually farm giants a lot. its just realllly slow to get a single 5* monster to 6* by farming only giants

faint ether
#

okay so

#

ur kro is missing alot of speed

#

ur lushen too ( u should really not use lushen)

#

ur kro is missing ehp

honest nimbus
#

rune quality is terrible on gb10, so i just wanna farm higher floors which is why all of this effort. so my final goal is to be able to farm giants at the end

faint ether
#

gb10 rune quality is not terrible

fresh sluice
#

gb10 is ok we've been farming it for quite a while, abyss just came out lol

faint ether
#

thats literally what everyone farmed before reloaded

#

before reloaded it was the best

honest nimbus
#

i actually know all of the requiriments stats, i checked them million times. but this is the fastest and the most stable team i can currently afford

faint ether
#

i feel like when thats the best u can do

honest nimbus
faint ether
#

ur rune knowledge is not great and u should read our rune guide, u probably sell alot of usable runes

fresh sluice
#

just improve kro and try it, play around with the runes while swapping is free
Lushen shouldnt be used unless he both moves FIRST and One Shots the wave

faint ether
#

yes ofc gbah is way better

#

but gb10 should allow u to upgrade ur stuff really fast

fresh sluice
#

gbah rune quality requirement is more than twice of gb10 so u wont get there without farming a lot of gb10 first

faint ether
#

i think thats wrong @fresh sluice

#

pretty sure there is a way to get there really quickly

honest nimbus
fresh sluice
#

on my alt acc i just farm gb10

faint ether
#

anyway this thread got off topic, when u wanna keep using that team i wont stop u

honest nimbus
#

but i play the game around like 1.5 months, so when i said i farm giants a lot, that might be created confusion.

#

returned the game after 6-7 years, account was lvl 25 with basically nothing

#

also wasted a lot until i found out this discordf

faint ether
#

pretty sure u can get better runes then this in some days of farming giants

#

just rune knowledge diff probably

fresh sluice
