fatal and rage

so i read that rage and fatal are basically the same. so then what does it matter. does this mean i dont have to farm rage runes if i have more im fatal

rage is slightly better

if you have to choose between the two for some reason, then rage comes out very, very, very slightly ahead

however it's so small that you mas as well consider them the same set
