I have never used my Alicia - she is useful in some niche cleaves or as an attack lead but she is really rarely best in slot whereas Poseidon can be used a ton for ao or siege off early on

i like alicia over poseidon (been playing tiana poseidon for ages), one the multi hits make laika not a threat anymore, the leader skill is better, she gets two chances to one shot from skill cycle, only thing i'd say that poseidon does better is the atk bar reduction on his skill 3, makes cleaving much smoother
