u have 23 CD on yr talia , 11 CD on your sabrina and 12 Cd on your kro

u have a 50 CD base and get 80 CD from a slot 4 CD rune at +15, that gives you those values on your other 5 runes above

Getting some more atk and cd on your kro would help, he does not need that much spd

And also u can level up ur atk or cd tower once or twice

My Monsters have almost the same stats as yours now, but I am running Chasun instead of Fran, maybe that is an option and helps you to get 100%?

Yes true if shes not leveled and runed. I am only using her because I have her 6* and runed since 2015
