When do you go cr over crit damage
mainly on spd scaling units like susano I see people runing cr
I have quite a few decent cr runes but they're mostly sitting in storage so I'm really not sure on where to use them.

A pretty good example is Praha/Juno. S1 let her recover up to 30% atk bar ( 3 hits, 10% per/)if the attack lands as a crit
