I have three raoqs, one with runes on it, I made them long before tricaru was a thing, can i feed them for skill ups or is it worth having them around?

Yes it is worthwhile to have multiple raoqs, you can just keep one and lock the rest for after PvE is done if you aren't finished with ?progression

I use one for siege and one for Solo r5

If they aren't skilled up though, it's not hard to get more fire inugamis.

If they aren't skilled up, feel free to feed them into one. It's better that way - you will get many from faimon. You need them for icarus as well of course.
