I've read the guide but I feel like I'm beginning to have an overabundance of runes. The guide says things like "it has high ACC or just high speed, roll it". What about blue runes and stuff that seems mismatched like CR/RES? Just sell or should I roll? For example in the pics, I'm not sure which of them I should be rolling or keeping. I don't think I should roll just about every rune I get that has 2 % stats as the substats but idk. 2/4/6 I understand most are useless if they don't have a % main stat but 1/3/5 are a little harder to figure out.
#Hard time figuring out which runes to keep

All the runes you showed should be sold yes
Res and cd is a terrible combination
And the others are hard to end up good because no spd on swift
It's the hardest thing to figure out when you're early/mid game, but i can try to give you some tips :
As Sebastian said, res and crit rate/crit damage is a terrible combination, except in very specific situations. For example Susano has 50% res from his passive, therefore it is not that bad to include 50% res from runes.
hint, u can be pickier with blue runes
does it have spd, u can roll it
are the sub stats matching, u can roll it
as a few examples, of what to look for with blue runes
And anything like this is an autosell right? Even though it has cr/cd it's a flat stat main
Other than slot 2 of course
Slot 2 flat (besides spd mainstat of course) is always an auto sell
slot 2 spd *
Is there a reason to keep %res or %acc main stat runes?
also when rolling a rune for +spd increase, if the +3 substat increase doesnt hit spd do i just get rid of the rune?
acc main
booster who want 85% acc (orion, galleon and such)
dmg dealers who want high acc (posiden, cp, zaiross , galleon to name a few)
res main:
monsters that want 100% res can use these runes, typically they are really efficient
depends on what your looking at for speed from that rune
just because a blue rune doesnt hit spd but has another substat that compliments the rune/the other substat doesnt make it an auto- sell at +3
and then you also have pre-existing unused runes to consider as well
what if its a flat stat 2/4/6?
?runestats
read that bottom white text
ahhh gotcha ty
there is never a flat stat main on slot 2 that you roll for spd
