Monsters are as good as the Runes they have equipped. So you'll need to farm for runes and hope for the mons. Legend Real Time Arena is pretty much paywalled.

its either farming runes, endlessly, or spending another fortune lol

U honestly shouldnt go into this game with the mindset of becoming top20 or w/e, if u dont plan to spend massive amounts.
Doesnt mean that u cant go far w/o it, but its just different levels

also to be clear, top RTA is not just gated by a paywall by a summoning front, people at that level are consistently buying rune packs & reapp packs to get the best runes they can to compete at that level

i heavily ➕ the take that you shouldn't really go into this game with the mindset of hitting the highest ranks -- not only does that take a ton of money, but you're also years behind.

you for sure can get to the higher ranks without spending that much, but you're just at too much of a disadvantage to really feasibly set your sights on top 4 RTA
