Any way to get Robo skill ups?

annoying for a returning player to get fast skillups for him, since his S2 has only 30% chance to strip instead of 50% without skillups. Is any Robo element HoH maybe? 😦

i probably need like 7-8 copies to get the harmful rate up on S2. that will take ages xD
