not to be rude but, what is the question?
Ah sorry i forgot, what exactly should i do? should i try messaging support again?
i mean you should be expecting each response to take 3 to 5 business days to get a reply back
so making another ticket isnt going to speed up anything
com2us isnt known for having the best customer service
The thing is the last email they sent me for the last y/n was a month ago
dont know why but i had all my 2,4, and 6 runes sold so cant really build monsters right now
did u buy them back?

i never selected the all option before but for some reason it was selected
and i thought i was removing something from the fight runes but it was from ALL the runes
i mean i dont quite understand how one fucks up quite that badly, but i see 2 options
well 3 options
- u wait for their response
- u just start farming runes on that account figuring they wont respond back to you (you should still have crafting runes and such)
- u start a new account in the mean time incase, #2 is jsut too far gone to do anything with
me neither, still never used the sell all to this day
ive been kinda doing 1 already
and i do have other accounts

they arent that good either
god the selling thing screwed me
messaged me back recently and they said they couldnt do the rollback
then see options 2 and 3 above
gotten started on option 2, seems to be the best option for me anyways
