Who to choose between Psamathe and Josephine.

Hi Everyone, looking for suggestion on who to pick between the two. Im pretty much done with PVE progression. Im leaning towards Psamathe to improve my AO but I feel like Paladin is more flexible towards Siege, RTA and Arena. I also have enough devilmon to max skill either.

would really appreciate a more in depth pros and cons between the two unit.
