theres a specific room in the bunkers that has a pretty good chance of spawning hellhounds tied to opening the door of it

Haven't you played this game before? There's no fixed refresh point, so there's no way to find out at all

I'm pretty sure in the last major version, Hellhound had a really high refresh rate

Seems to be, just played headquarter again today, I meleeing flower (ofc) around south bunker and airfield, yet, never once the doggos spawned, usually they're so rowdy

Or just heavily randomized, cuz few days ago on PVE map I got doggos
