The current health system is very good, but it's very plain in my opinion.
Here are my suggestions:
Add a bleeding mechanic. Whenever a limb gets hit a few times, it'll start bleeding.
Bandages - stop the bleeding.
Surgical kit - can help you remove bullets from your body.
Note: make it so you can’t restore a limb back to full health unless you use a surgical kit.

And another person who wants to copy Tarkov instead of playing Tarkov.
Bleeding might work. Everything else is pointless and bad idea
It seems the person who replied earlier is playing the game solo. He’s acting as if he’s the developer, telling everyone what kind of feedback is valid and what isn’t. If that’s the case, he can continue playing the game on his own. The actual developers will read the feedback from players and make decisions based on that. He even sent a message to me as well. 🙂
It's pretty funny how you decided to project your anger about my critique here. But no, i play mostly PvP simply due to the fact of limited passes. I tell what things are. Bad idea is a bad idea.
I think bleeding is fine, can also pair it with new enemy effects aswell. But at the same time, having to many different healing items with different effects can be very annoying.
I understand the suggestion, although I prefer the way It is already. Its simple and effective. Just as this game reduces the many types of bullet to only one type for each gun, I find the healing itens pretty straight forward.
I’m not reflecting this negatively, but I’ve noticed that when other people give feedback, you criticize all of it. The developers are the ones who decide, but everyone has negative points or suggestions for improvement, especially for long-term gameplay. What matters is keeping a certain audience and many new players in the game. If you give feedback and review it, and many people share the same opinion but nothing changes, then no one will play this game and it will eventually be shut down—just like other online PvPvE games.
The problem with PvE balance is that we already have to do so much things we cannot even properly run thru the map because of constant fights with monsters, so we need to continuously poke ourselves with ampules to heal and reload mags. If there'll be additional thing as bleeding there will be two ways of dealing with it: first - same ampule will fix it, but since we constantly use it it doesn't bring anything other than just a bit faster initial health loss; second - usage of additional new item as bandages which will just bring another annoying mechanic to bring additional item for. So none of those features are good to be implemented, AM health system is good for it's simplicity against amount of fights we have on each raid.
In other games like tarkov this works because if you got hit, this is relatively rare thing so now you have to deal with consequences. In AM being hit is like breathing - happens too often to overcomplicate.
keeping a certain audience and many new players in the game.
What matters is finding solid community. Attempt to appeal to everyone will end up appealing no one. And casuals will leave game after a week anyway since such players can't handle even basic learning curve. What do we have left? Hardcore players and players that like game as it is.
