Mobs (Distorted) are attacking me while i am just crouch moving and the guy is 5m from the mob starts to shoot. Why? How?

Or you pick active matter and that aggro him

No i was in the bush and the guy start to shoot and the mobs coming out from the Curch and attack me.

Yeah if something shoot it aggro a good bunch of anomaly

I didnt even moved/shot/made a noise/wasn't visible when he started to shoot. And this is not the first time that this kind of thing happen.
