Please add an option to toggle off, or at least turn down, the Tinnitus effect from certain things in the game. Some of us are a bit more sensitive to this kind of audio and it gets really annoying lmao.
As for Ms. Second, I would really like the option to just mute her entirely. She dampens the audio when she speaks, making it harder to hear things near me, and usually she does it around critical PVP times where I need to listen to footsteps.

It shouldn't affect grunts/screams, and I'm don't think there really are any other voice lines
