I have it and haven't really tired it yet but I heard it is like Minecraft but a tad better.

I played this for a few hours, it is basically a re-work of Minecraft (devs from Hypixel). It's a bit more intutitive(?) with RPG-style to it. Kind of nice

I've been seeing a lot of the same being said about the game and its holding me back from trying the game out.

I kinda don't like the way the crafting system works, it only shows you what you can build. I would like a glimpse in the future, for example. I see that you're limited to the level of your crafting table.

There are different crafting stations/tables(?) and each one has its own unique crafts. I haven't played too much other than just a basic overview of it. I guess there is a bit of a storyline or progression to the game but mainly sandbox-style like MC

yeah it looks like in order to unlock advanced crafting items you need to upgrade the crafting table itself. mind you i just started watching Captainsparklez' playthrough and am on the first video.
