I thought so. I would be willing to reinstall it if you got enough for the raids. I have at least 50 clears on both. I have the EB, regulas and ravonous. For dark hours raid I have done everything. For Iron Hourse I have done key tanking and healer multiple times. If you have done them you know what I am talking about. If not then it sounds like jibberish lol. Havent done it in over a year but did it enough I still remember it enough.

Yes. Without it you can only get up to lvl 30 but they do it like division 1 where you can max out gear lvl at 500. with wony (warlords of new york) you can go to lvl 1000+. Then you can do 4 characters total and use the other 3 to help any many toon.

I can always reinstall it and fly you through the missions and get you all the safe houses unlocked if needed. I know @coarse trellis said he would be down as well. But you would need at least 5 more to be able to attemp the raids and oh the 2 you need at least 6 expierance players to do IH which is the hardest of the 2. DH I have done with 7 but that was with a group who had at least 20+ clears. You could do both on a normal type lvl where you can search for a group in game but I doubt you would be able to find anyone. And to be honest I don't remember what stat lvls you would even need to be able to attmept it. Somelike like 40%chc and 140%chd minimun. But thats at a much later time.

Well I am over shd 1k. done both raids multiple times. I could nearly run 7 new guys through the dark hours raid. I also have a skill build to run you throught the leggo missions. But first @ornate solar would have to get to the shd watch.
