It’s under habs and it depends on the type of hab you install

Use the arrow keys on the hab selected to determine which one you put on it.

The worksho has the indy, suit and weapon bench on it.

Close to 60 hours now, only level 14. Barely any main quests done, been just completing or looting every single inch of a planet till the next planet

I read an article today talking about NOT using Fast Travel ever to increase encounters in space and dropping by every planet you come across.

I spend as much time as I can on a planet and never fast travel between the pre rendered points of interest. There's so many hidden points of interest in game that cab help out a ton or even completely change the game play

I'm still flying this prison transport ship since that mission, and have made some minor upgrades to it. Kind of like it. What are you chaps flying?

I built my own after I had enough credits. She’s built for speed and hit and fade attacks. Workshop and med bay located in the wings. Captains quarters below decks. I just installed a Class B reactor and did a weapon upgrade. (This pic still has the old lasers)

The Fleet pays better - but I didn’t want to give up my bounties for hunting pirates. So I sided with the law.

I'm having real issues getting into the game. I guess finding my niche and some interest. Would ya'll have some advice on how to get into the swing and find some enjoyment in it?

It definitely takes a bit to get started. There are many paths to take. I did Constellation missions up to where we meet Andreja. Then I picked up some bounties and did those. I wanted a ship of my own so that became by main goal. I made credits until I could afford it. Now I want to mod some weapons so am working on levelling up which you can do anywhere. I think my character is a space mercenary because I always choose the dialogue options that have to do with getting paid.

I started out getting the initial companion, Sarah. Then I explored around the local area just poking around. Ended up killing a squad of Crimson Fleet and taking their ship. Since then I explored marked places around Sol. I'm only around 5-6hrs in.

If you are not big on story driven games? Then you may find it hard to get into..personally, I found it very engaging from the start.

Oh but I am! The story is what attracts me to games, movies and such. I think I had too many preconceptions of what to expect, and I didn't want to jump straight into the main storyline. I'll get there.

oh ok. I thought the start of the game was pretty pacy, and how you hallucinate after touching a rock, end up in a firefight with some pirates, then some dude gives you a ship. All cool. TBH, i got distracted by all the other little side missions and exploring whatever I came across, to see where it took me.

The undercover pirate missions were soo good.

I kept running out of space for all my loot, plus planetary resources weigh a lot! So I built a freighter…and then I just went full Star Destroyer. Trust me, it’s great being on the bridge and firing all the lasers.

I’m usually a miser when it comes to Bethesda games and I like to hoard all the best stuff and never use it. I was sitting on a ton of credits so I put them toward a bounty hunter ship. Hard to believe this was once that “prison shuttle” it’s been completely rebuilt.
