Almost died on reserve today. was down in BK heard fighting at helicopter so i quickly went roof. Peaked over edge and a guard shot at me blasting off my arm. I then heard him sprint to me so i closed the door and waited. Killed him, went back down to BK, Looted, went underground looted up, decided against pulling power and down to D2 and up the silo. Opened up the door leading outside and Glukar and 4 guards were standing there waiting for me around security shacks. Covering door from all angles and nades didn't make them scatter at all or rush door so i had to go back down. x2 scavs were waiting for me in the long tunnel. Killing them stired up a frenzy as when i came up the stairs looking down at king stairs x5 scavs pushed me from barracks, x2 scavs + x2 raiders(newly spawned) rushed from king ramp. I ran out of ammo killing all of them. Rushed offices x1 raider standing waiting, hit power and sprinted back for D2. More footsteps following, but didn't go down the steps with me this time. Got out...Kill feed showed that Glukar bleed out as my final kill from my attempt of getting thru the door.

@dusk hatch I think i know what it is about those nods you had that throws me off. They remind me of the ones that blend thermal and night vision but give the white phosphorus picture. Being that the ones you had dont blend the thermal side it feels like they are lacking...now if BSG added something like that...i 100% can see those being the go to for late game by everyone

I didn't get to this point last night, but it's worth mentioning that the nods FOV is wider on ultrawide monitors. A lot of what the GPNVGs offer isn't lost on the whphos tubes, in my case.
That being said, if I were gaming on anything smaller than a 36" panel, I'd opt for the GPNVGs simply for the sake of screen real estate
