Game crashed during matchmaking

I wanted to play a game and had agent Twister selected (although I don't know if this was related).
After pressing the button to start matchmaking, the screen froze for a few seconds and the game crashed without displaying any errors.

This happened twice in a row but in my third attempt (this time with a different agent), it stopped happening. Before the third attempt, I tried repairing the game files via the WGC and closing all background apps (like Discord for example).

I was able to play after this, including with agent Twister.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
RAM: 32GB
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB running driver version 32.0.23033.1002

One day after my initial post, it happened again. The game crashes during matchmaking.
Apart from my first attempt, the matchmaking starts automatically after the game loads. It subsequently crashes, preventing me from playing.
I'll try to find a workaround to at least play a bit more 🙂

Edit: I managed to get back into the game after restarting the PC.

My apologies for describing the issue here. I did it because there were other people doing the same.
In future, I will pay more attention to things like this.
Despite the issue, I was able to have some quality time in the game and will certainly come back.
