I have 5 tickets for this venue I need to re list to sell but I cna not figure out how for the life of me

Ticketmaster will allow you to put them up for sale in a few days (if not today)

I hope so I bought a pair but it “timed out” and said I didn’t get them, so I refreshed and bought again. Turns out my first pair went through, and the second pair was platinum seats I can’t afford. I let Ticketmaster know immediately and have been talking to them over the past few days and have everything from I should be able to sell them now, to I will be able to 2-5 weeks before the concert, to nobody knows, to I can’t because they are platinum.
