yep, found the issue. Forgot to readd the draft enabled check, and the permission lvl was being ignored bc I was checking if host was host instead of player was host

Also found the issue for this. Anticheat now triggers when trying to have another player send a message, and I forgot the check to have send from host instead

But for /tpout , it was saying it's disabled , even though it is enabled
