When clown uses the kill button the targeted player gets the happy addon
If this targeted player previously had a kill button the next time this player uses kill button on someone's gets infected with happy
If this targeted player doesn't have a kill button they get bloodthirst like thing but it makes the next person they touch happy
If a person with happy addon wins then the clown wins with the player
The happy addon doesn't work like charmed like it doesn't stall the game after tasks finished,imps/nk/na ejected,or imps/nk/na killed everyone
Kill cd (20-35)
Infected non killing role can infect the next player they touch (on/off) (default off)
